He's already explained on his Patreon why he's had to hold on developing more updates. He never said he's going to "Stop updating BB". He's just putting it on hold, hence the new project. Until he can figure out how too keep developing with all the new Patreon rules, that's all. If you ask me, I think it's money well spent. There's far more games out there that have a 5minute playthrough, Yet they want money.

OK can anyone then give me a quick update as to what content can be unlocked with current version... anything from where Max sees the Doctor, his mom is working in porn industry and he is teaching Lisa and visiting his eldest sister at night... You might also want to increase the max number of saves in the config file too.
Just in case you're a sensible gamer and regularly save your progress.

It also helps with the game's autosaves, which happen at the start of each day, and each one is a separate save from the previous day's autosave, instead of overwriting the autosave.
Unless you move/delete the contents of the save folder, either for a new game or you've gone back to an earlier point, those autosaves will mount up quickly.

Yes, Big Brother is on hold. As DS is making a new game, Plus he's trying to find a way to get around the new Patreon ToS.

I'm playing for 3 hours and nothing happened. Is this game is just boring or am i doing sthing wrong?

The game is quite grindy if it's your first playthrough. But worth it. If you haven't had any new content in 3 hours of playing. Then you should re read what you have to do. As alot of the stuff you have to improve massage, Kissing, etc, etc. Once you get to a certain level. New content and dialogue will be unlocked.

Also, You need to make sure everyone is in a good relationship with you. As this will also halt more content.

CG Rip = Not needed to play, It's just to see the renders.

You can use either base game + Crack or skunked. They're the same. Except the skunked version has less render quality as the file size has been shrunk.

Mods = Updated. Also, Check the changelog to see if they're compatible with 0.13. As some aren't yet.

I hate to bother you, but after extracting the file i downloaded from here, all ive got are a bunch of pictures. i cant find a game file to open. I'm not very good with computers and i am sure that I just overlooked something. I would reply to a later posting for more relevant information but i dont want to run into spoilers.
