It will come up in a convo with her so it means you are either paying for private spankings or your not far enough in the game to get the convo.
Also it looks like you are using a mod and if so please go to the mod thread for help in the future.
Mods change a lot in the game and we only can help with the original vanilla game in this thread.

My way to that is I make some experimentation. I save before dinner and then make differing choices prior to the scene I want to appear. For example, I try one run where I help Lisa with dishes, and not punish Alice. If the scene won't appear, I make another different run where I anal fuck Lisa and/or punish Alice. If not successful, another run where I don't bother with Lisa... etc until the scene appears.
I think the game is designed like at the start of a day, sets of sequences of choices are already set up to come up with specific results. The random thing happens only when the day starts.
Frustrating? A lot!
I don't know how to do to make mom wearing the apron ALL THE TIME in the kitchen. I think i've had sex with her everywhere in the house (which is supposed to be the condition to do so). I don't know what i missed

well, as far as i remember i followed this:
First trigger is convo with mom at 23:00 in her room.
2nd talk to Kira at the pool.
3rd talk to kira at the pool several days later.
4th don't let mom cum. (After work)
5th don't let mom cum. (After work)
6th new convo with mom at 23:00 again.
Then after that, as indicated in the guide, i was supposed to lock out of mom's bedroom but it didn't happened to
me. I continued to didn't let her cum until i met her in her bedroom at 23:00 and finally had sex with her.
I hope this could help you to explain why i can't have mom in apron

Hey everyone,nice game,obviously,hehe,i have an issue.I have the 0.13 version, i pay eric 300 for the extend but sometime mom comes accusing me of spying her,the girls and kira and she send me to the camp.How can i avoid that??? Did you check eric's influence on girls. If mom is at 100% and at least 2 other girls are at 50%, you lose

Second: you load an earlier save.
Third: You START OVERRRRRR.

^^Or you have to be veryyyyyyy nice with your mon and sister. Do chores, give cigarettes or money to Alice and help Lisa with homework until it decreases a lot

Mom:
- ask her to order groceries (↓5%)
- order groceries (↓5%)
- tell her you’ve order groceries (↓5%)
- ask her to buy cosmetics (↓5%)
- give her cosmetics (↓10%)
- ask her to clean the pool (↓10%)
- clean the pool (↓5%)
- tell her you’ve cleaned the pool (↓5%)
- doing yoga (↓10%) (only avalaible on Lisa girlfriend path)
- paying $350 for private punishment (↓30%)
- paying $700 for private punishment (↓40%)
- paying $1000 for private punishment (↓50%)
Alice:
- give her $15 (↓5%)
- give her $30 (↓10%)
- give her $70 (↓15%)
- give her $200 (↓25%)
- give her $350 (↓40%)
- throw the spider outside (↓5%)
- kill the spider (↓15%)

Question: Do you play on Dark Silver's version (v0.13) or on Smirniy's version (v0.20 - same content until v0.14) ?
On Smirniy's version, you will have Lisa AND Olivia BUT focus on Lisa first. For your information, Smirniy's version is now fully translated in english
