Then you did not read every one of the walkthrough because the answer is there.
Just remember you must have Lisa as Max's girlfriend and not Olivia, all content ended in v.10 on the Olivia GF path.

I didn't go to olivia path. what about that mom's lesbian porn movie. it is not triggered. how to progress mom story then. Kate told me to be patient. Its been a 10 weeks I guess. Nothing happens

I am using Big_Brother_Mod_Smirniy_v.0.20.0.14 version. Can anybody tell me that can I fuck mom in this version? Or should I download higher version go further. ? help me. I completed 4th movie. connot progress.

Then that is your problem, we only help with the vanilla game in this thread.

You use mods and have a problem then ask for help in the mod thread.
Mods fuck everything up for the vanilla game.

No you can not mentor Lisa on Olivia girlfriend path, you must have Lisa as your girlfriend to mentor her.

That is all you get for going with Olivia as Max's girlfriend.

All that content with Kira, Ann and Lisa is only on Lisa girlfriend paths.
The one and only time you get sex with Kira is on the 2nd photo shot you do for her at the beginning of the game.
