It will take some time, but you'll get there eventually. Some opportuinities are also intertwined, so you have to progress one to open up something for another.

"Control" is missing, the eric path that you ask him to touch mother during sex with blind fold.

You have to rename the files.
If you have save1 and save2, and you put a save5 the game does not recognize you. Rename save3.

I think you just need to have more anal sex with kira and lisa.
there is anal sex skill on mod, so i guess it will unlock as your anal skill increases

Not much at least, the update was focused on the Mom/Aunt porn career story, the blog and the Alice/Kate story so they can be open about their current relationship.

As for the photoshoot: You get another shoot and a movie and you get it by waiting a few days and check the dialogue options for Mom resp. Kira on a regular basis. You can ask Mom about things and sometimes she'll answer you, but most of the time she tells you to ask Kira and she'll keep you up to date.

You missing Control opportunity but at this point of the game you dont really need it. If you want it so bad, restart the game and when Eric is around ask him.

You can try again next available day/time and it'll be available again for repeating, I don't think you can do that scene back to back all the time, but it's definitely not locked at just once.

I'm having the same problem. After the BJ scene in the lounge, Alice allowed maybe 2 or 3 more leg massages but now she always says "I think the massage is just an excuse, I'm not in the mood, go do something else." I tried waiting a few days before trying again but same result.
