Does Lisa not accept one piece of jewlery at a time? I bought a diamond ring but don't have the option to give it to her.

Another question: is there any point in paying mom to punish me in private, or is that just money wasted?

Yes for player who hate that shit, there is another reason but I forgot what it was since I have not played now since the last release v.13.xxxx came out.
Just remember for Ann to see Max as an adult after that convo comes up you need to stop paying for it and try to keep the days low.

Alice's quests need to be done to open up all of Lisa's content.

Remember only on Lisa path will you get all content, Olivia content ends in v.10

What is her maximum mood and authority? I got her mood at "awesome" and authority at "respect". Must be something else I'm missing
Maybe relationship should be higher than "warm"?

On another note, what's a good stealth score? I'm stuck at 96 and been peepin like crazy, the only thing that got it from 94 to 96 was catching Eric spying on Alice, but that happens so rare.

Your where you need to be.
Best thing with eric spying is that that pic of him then tell him to stay away from your family but it only last about 2 weeks and needs to be done again until you get rid of him.

Your very close to what is the best but it can go all the way to 1000 but is not needed past 100, lots of triggers were placed in the first 100 points of each stat and if cheated higher below 100 can break your game.

Spying was only in the game to give players some eye candy and to stop eric but once you find him spying on Alice then that is the only time you need to use it to get that pic to stop him from getting your family.

Wich is why I wasn't able to give the jewelry to Lisa, because he was mentoring her or whatever. You have to blackmail him with the pic to leave her alone

I would have said more spiders but you used a mod that may have broken your game.
This is not normal and I can not tell where you are at in these quests.

Your using a mod that is not vanilla game.
