when I talk with lisa just "About dishes" option exist.And I tried for days.What can be her mood? good is enough or not?

No "good" is not enough it has to be all the way up.
So do her dishes and her homework without errors and soon you will get her at the K sink.

There is no reason at all that Lisa's mood should be anything but "awesome".

But for some reason, despite good/awesome mood and trust authority I am stuck at this point in the walkthrough:

For some reason that chat option never appears. I do Yoga, dishes, homework, anything Lisa wanted from me. Yet progress with "Cunning Plan" works fine but "Mentor" just stops at this point and I really don't get the reason for this.

And Cunning Plan I dont get the scene where Kira reminds me what the usual plan was, so I can't buy the "Room in ROme" movie. I triggered it once, had to reload and never triggered it again. Maybe I am just to tired now already.
