There is a mod that will allow you to get rid of the days if you want to plus this on line save game editor may do it but be very careful with it for it can break your game.

Forgot to speak to mom again and ask to not be punished ever again.

for the cunning plan i talked to aunt kira about the origins of our plan and the walkthrough says i will have to buy a $20 movie but cant see it.

did you try by going to mom while she watching tv in lounge? then you can see purchased movie with her

Why can't I catch him again?
I've been save scumming a lot around 23h and waiting until 2am on Tue/Thu, but nothing, he won't show up.

-2 am every thursday
How to always find Eric peeping at Alice.
Save the game at midnight when Alice takes a shower (and max is in his room).
step 1- Wait until 1 am when Alice goes to sleep.
step 2- Wait until 2 am. If Eric is peeping proceed to "catch" him. If he is not there:
load the save, repeat step 1, and move max to another room before repeating step 2. (usually Eric is peeping when Max is at his room or in the bathroom or at the pool, rarely when Max is at lounge and I never seen it happen when Max is at the terrace)
attention: Eric will stop peeping, when Max takes a photo and shows it to him.
