You must be paying 500 on Mondays to support and Ann must see Max as and adult, (convo with Ann and Kira at the pool.)
You must finish most quest and the 4th movie and Kira must move back to the lounge and sleep naked.
You only lose the HJ from mom if you take Lisa punishment for her but I like the BJ from Lisa instead so you really don't lose anything.
Yes you can go back to being punish if you want to after 1 week time.

No you can not fuck mom only BJ.
Max needs to go back to the doctor by his self 3 more times and it will be over but he can still go more if you want to.

First go in and make a brand new save then exit and go the the game folder and look for the save game folder and at the very bottom will be that save so copy it and place on your desktop then click the upload a file button at the bottom of the post box and chose the file on your desktop.

Just what I thought you have the homework bug.

If you have a mod in then remove it and download this mod and extract it and place it in the same place the exe is

Then start up the game go to the laptop and chose the cheat menu and go down to Lisa and click on her then you need to scroll down some and see the homework bug fix and click on it and you should get the option either later in the day or the next day to do homework and get a HJ from Lisa.

For Lisa if you not getting anal with her at the kitchen sink then you need to get her mood as high as it will go and Max authority must be at Respect.
