I did stop paying for private punishments, I had paid for months earlier in the game. How can i tell when it's back to normal?

Mom does not see Max as an adult yet and the first porn movie is waiting on the Alice Kate to get further in the quest of weed.

Your first save you upload had 700 days for Max to get punish privately and now it is over 900 so you did not stop paying for it.

I don't know let me try the on line save editor on it and see.

load up the save game file and go down about half way and look for this dcd.paymom and change it to 4 the go all the way down and download the new save game file and replace the one in the game.

I have no idea on those and I only looked for the same number that you had days of and then changed it and ran the game again to see if it was the right one.
