First hide the spider in her bed at 00:00 and then sleep and when she comes for you then you use the "Okay, but I want something first” but you can only use spiders in her bed when Kate is not there.
Kate will kill spiders if she is there. Remember you only get 80% chance the spider stays there for Alice to find.

Her mood and Max authority must be very high if not maxed out for Alice to accept the offer.

Honestly I didn't think it was worth it. Of the last few updates this is the one I've liked the least. The hardest thing to do was trying to get Lisa's mood up so I could do the anal scene with her and we could be punished. The rest was ridiculously simple and imo not worth it.
