That is up to you but I only ever do it just for 1 month and no more, unless you are still getting caught peeping that is.
If still getting caught peeping then keep paying for it so you don't lose authority over Max's sisters because of getting spanked.
Once you stop getting caught you no longer need it and soon you can ask not to be spanked at all.

You have a bad copy of the game and should choose a different download link and get a new copy of the game.
You can still click on it and its the movie watching option.

regarding the money cheat it adds 10K. ugh.

If you use this one you can put just 100 in the web site account and not in Max's pocket and it stays hidden from Eric.

Just keep going to the clinic and it should happen and once Eve ask Max to bring his GF it will be an options when you choose to go.

I have been doing the clinic run for 30 days but its still the same. Eve gets naked, Max gets paid and she says come back in 3 days...I have go to the clinic like 10 times now. Is this much grinding normal? And should Max been cought by Mom or Alice by now? I have been doing lounge scenes with both of them too but not cought by either of them.

(Control) happens after you call Erics enemies and get the contact to take him away. At this point you can let him stay instead and use your leverage to enslave him. This will give you some renders with mom you won't see otherwice

After you have the wallet you must pay Eric your dept of 1000$. Talk to Kira and ask how to slow Eric down. Alice will mix anti-potency pills in the food and you can catsh Eric talking to his GF after dinner. Use Computer to look up the name, talk to Kira again.. and follow the event through

Something else needs to be done in one of the other quest then so work on all the other quest and see if it unlocks then and if not then upload this save game save only and I will take a look at it.
