Olivia and hot coffe (Thats meeting Vicky) comes after Lisa decides to have a romance with Max. It's under "mentor" path and happens naturally if you just keep following the Lisa path. Max will start to date her after school.
with lisa; i am fucking her while she washes dishes and with kira; under schoolmate its given that the progress depends on a decision in mentor ; what is it?

1) how to take alice to the clinic. I have visited clinic several times and eve removes dress at the end. The same is repeating every time.
2) Mom caught Max and alice. Alice caught Max and Mom. Both scenarios talk happens. But in the punishing scene of Max and Lisa, nothing happens. Mom comes and says they deserve it and leaves.
Kindly help!!!!

Has Mom caught Max pleasuring Alice and Alice pleasuring Max? I'm quite sure you need both. I don't think there is another ending to the punishing scene.
Yeah! both has happened. and in both cases they sit and talk to each other. But sit and talk with each other does not happen when alice punishes max and lisa

Have you seen all of those images? If you have then there are no more to see and you should be able to talk to Lisa about the sex-ed. If you don't have that option, maybe you have to trigger the Alice clinic scene. I have read that it's required, but I got it after a few visits on v11, so I don't really know exactly what triggers it or why it's so important to the v12 content.
Edit: I've just noticed that all of those images are included in the guide on how to trigger the v12 content on the third post of page 1 of this thread. That's also where it says that the Alice clinic visit is required. Maybe just keep going and see if it triggers, unless someone else knows exactly what is required.
I cant find that secuence. Always mom caught alice and max, she says to be quieter and that she will going to check Lisa is on her room
All the images have happened. Now max spoke to lisa about sex-ed. But taking alice to clinic is not trigerring

To get it started you need to private spank Lisa several times and she needs to get wet 2-3 time then talk to aunt Kira.
