Its not in I know what I want its right after you get spanked for trying to get Eric's wallet the first time if you did enough chores for mom.

You must work on other quest and until you get them to a certain point you will not advance in mentor.
First to come up is Lisa not wear panties around the house and then several weeks later and after triggers in other quest are triggered then it will happen.
