First and foremost thing that needs to happen is taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF when Eve ask him to bring his GF with him. (Taken Alice to the clinic is part of the cunning plan quest not Side Effect quest.)
You need to keep working on all open quest at the same time.
This will unlock the new sex-ed training by mom for Lisa and mom's new job that will get Max the movie to watch plus the rest of v.12 content.
Now to the rest of what needs to happen to finish unlocking v.12 content and a big thanks goes to @JohnPonn for this info that got it all started for me.

Could anyojne possibly check out my save file I'm about 400 days in and I'm completely stuck. I've done the private spanking about 10-ish times for lisa and alice. the last really memorable conversation I can recall was about kira wanting to sleep with her sister. I'm not sure if i've just royally bugged the game or something at this point. also, does picking olivia lock you out of other content?

You may be able to save your game but I will need to look at it.
Upload your save game file just for this game and please do not upload auto save or quick save.

The save game file looks like this saveX.save with X being the number of the save.
To get the right one make a new save and it will the the highest number in your save game folder.

Many questions about where you are currently stuck all refers back to reading @a1fox3 mini walkthrough.
We can't give you a better reply here then reading them because they have the answers to what you need to focus on next. Carefully read point 15.. The sit down with Ann and Alice locks you out of any futher progress till done. Next after that the Clinic. In parts it's the end of V11 and also the start of v12. Getting 1 of the sit downs is not enuff. Gotta do all 3 as explained here.. ->

You ask a question about why you failed cheating using a mod in the Vanilla game thread.
Alice (Can) give you a BJ even after Kira arrives if you feed her the candy and are successfull persuading her.

Sorry there is nothing for you doing the Olivia GF path.

All new content from v.11 and v.12 is for Lisa GF paths, at the end of Mentor you will get to meet Olivia and she is a little different than in the Olivia path and she will become Max GF and yes this gives Max 2 GF, Lisa and Olivia with full benefits with Lisa.
