Without seeing you save game thats all I can tell you, all quest starting in v.10 are tied together so you must move all quest forward to move 1 quest forward.
So without seeing your save game I can only give general advice on what you have posted.

All girls mood are to low you must get them to maxed or nothing else will happen.
Then.
You got to keep working on Alice's blog and keep putting spiders in her room and get all girls mood as high as it will go and keep it there.
This save only shows 350 that needs to be paid to mom so pay the 350 in a 250 and 100 amount then next Monday and all Mondays afterward pay the full 500 this way mom sees Max as and adult.
Keep going to the clinic until you take Alice there and if you want you can keep doing it but it is tied to cunning plan quest and not side effect quest.
1. Spiders, spiders and even more spiders.
2. Blog, blog and even more blog.
3. Clinic, clinic and even more clinic.
4. Everyday check with all girls for new convo'ss.
5. Have fun doing it, this is a must have.
Soon you should open Lisa's new sex-ed training with mom and mom's new job.
Once you take Alice to the clinic mom will leave the house on Monday nights and Thursday nights so watch for it and meet her when she comes home at midnight.

Yes Olivia GF path stops all v.11 and v.12 new content from happening.
You must do Lisa GF route for the new v.11 and v.12 content.

I got a save off some thread its all good m progressing lisa gf n stuff but the problem is Ann mothe leaves home all day comes back at night I want to make her not go to worki seen a mod somewhere that helps with this so m askin u

You have to get rid of Eric and work on other quest before she can quit her job, there are some save games that are broken because players who uploaded them used mods on them.

You must first complete blog and spider quest for Alice and Lisa's quest mentor and hot coffee and maybe even Olivia quests.
Plus any other open quest you may have.
when i use one of these mod.txt file to increase the mood to 1000 (i think). would it work?
What else is there to do in blogs once I get to be with Alice in her room while streaming?

Yes it would work but it is so easy to just pay her money to maxed it out then just do the dishes every morning at 10 am.
