ok so I have done as depicted in the 15th point, what should happen after that?

You had mom sit down and talk to Max and Alice in the lounge after catching them please each outher?
You had Alice sit down and talk to mom and Max after catching mom giving Max a BJ?
You had mom catch Alice spanking both Max and Lisa 2 times in the lounge?
If yes to all 3 soon mom will start to leave the house after supper on Mondays and Thursdays and Kira will give a dvd to Max to watch and Max gets to go a little farther with Ann/mom.

Also the rest of Lisa new sex-ed training will be completed where mom of Lisa will give Max a BJ in front of each other.

That goes through v.10 and for v.11 there is none you just need a lot of spiders and doing Alice's blog and for v.12 the only thing needed is this:
"15. How to unlock v.12 new content."

yo - i was to late - saw it in the post bevor.

First and foremost thing that needs to happen is taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF when Eve ask him to bring his GF with him. (Taken Alice to the clinic is part of the cunning plan quest not Side Effect quest.)

how can i reach that? i visit the clinic - the doc is getting naked and i fucked her. opportiunity side effect says that the end is reached. what do i need for alice?
btw. i think... now its always the same. doc is showing her as and max is cumming in the cup.

Without seeing you save game thats all I can tell you, all quest starting in v.10 are tied together so you must move all quest forward to move 1 quest forward.

So without seeing your save game I can only give general advice on what you have posted.

All girls mood are to low you must get them to maxed or nothing else will happen.

Then.
You got to keep working on Alice's blog and keep putting spiders in her room and get all girls mood as high as it will go and keep it there.
This save only shows 350 that needs to be paid to mom so pay the 350 in a 250 and 100 amount then next Monday and all Mondays afterward pay the full 500 this way mom sees Max as and adult.
Keep going to the clinic until you take Alice there and if you want you can keep doing it but it is tied to cunning plan quest and not side effect quest.
1. Spiders, spiders and even more spiders.
2. Blog, blog and even more blog.
3. Clinic, clinic and even more clinic.
4. Everyday check with all girls for new convo'ss.
5. Have fun doing it, this is a must have.

Soon you should open Lisa's new sex-ed training with mom and mom's new job.
Once you take Alice to the clinic mom will leave the house on Monday nights and Thursday nights so watch for it and meet her when she comes home at midnight.

Yes Olivia GF path stops all v.11 and v.12 new content from happening.
You must do Lisa GF route for the new v.11 and v.12 content.

You never want to use mods to do game mechanics with, by getting rid of Eric with a mod breaks the game and stopping mom from going to work using a mod breaks the game.
There is built in mechanics that will not allow triggers to go off unless you have done what is needed for them to go off.

The only thing that is somewhat safe to cheat is some money but cheating to much in the beginning of the game has some dire consequences for Max.

After getting stats to about 100 points then it is safe to cheat them higher because a lot of triggers need to go off in the 1st 100 points.

I got a save off some thread its all good m progressing lisa gf n stuff but the problem is Ann mothe leaves home all day comes back at night I want to make her not go to worki seen a mod somewhere that helps with this so m askin u

You have to get rid of Eric and work on other quest before she can quit her job, there are some save games that are broken because players who uploaded them used mods on them.
