How do I trigger the next part of the New Job quest? I've tried talking to Kira, mom, check on them when they're bot at the pool, i also make sure their mood is awesome just in case but I cant progress no more rn?
The quest as it is rn: "Aunt Kira has explained her decision about another studio project for mom. It should even help me out. Basically aunt wants to put mom in situations where she would get excited, but doesn't get to have a sexual release. Which will result in a bunch of sexual frustrations which should help me out greatly!"
Any idea on how to get past this?

It should happen the 2nd Friday after you are told by Kira and you just start watching tv with mom and the options is there.

Well first have you unlocked screwing Ann yet and if not then do so and she will be there nude every day on the Lisa GF path jewelery.
If yoga path I have not got that far yet but will do so today.
As for Olivia GF path your shit out of luck since all new content since v.11 is only for Lisa GF path's.

Thanks, I'm not sure I get it though. I already got the scene when Alice caught mom blowing Max and mom caught Alice & Max in the living room but I havent triggered the scene with both Lisa & Max getting spanked by Alice, is this part of the Changing Role quest? Cause atm I'm on the scenes when Alice randomly comes in Max room at night to have fun with Lisa, do I need to progress on this quest 1st and then the next quest with mom & Kira will pop up?
