First off what mod are you using and if it is content adding mod then go to that mod thread to ask for help for we here only help with the vanilla game.

If you have gotten rid of Eric then you can not because its part of his junk and is not needed in the game.
To trigger control you must remove Eric by the wallet quest and call his enemies. But instead of giving them the adress you tell them you will get back later. Now use this leverage and talk Eric into becoming your slave and he can help you get closer to Ann. It's a short event but it gives you a few new renders not available in any other event. You can finish control and safly remove Eric once you are done by calling his enemies again.
You have to get other quest much farther along for the 4th movie to trigger.
Do you know which, last time I played this game extensively was 0.8 or 0.9.

Hot coffee is in the Lisa GF route by choosing to romance her. You can date her by going to a cafe. But there is almost no content there but it opens up Olivia as girlfriend, again not much content there either.
I dont really care if there is not much content but I would like to trigger it as I dont know how to but I am like very progressed in v.12.

There doesn't seem to be any changes to the main game from my content adding mod as it relies on flags from the main game to unlock and doesn't affect any of the main game story line. And I already talked to Aunt Kira. In opportunities, it tells me to talk to Mom about the movie script, but the dialogue option never shows up even after 2 weeks.
Then I can't help you sorry nowhere close to where you are at this game. Could you help to what I need to do to trigger the fourth movie?
