You said Eric is gone so there is no more with Kate's mom.
Just work on all open quest and do what they say to do and if they don't say anything do the last thing they said to do.
Kira and Max is very close to the beginning of the game.
You problem is Olivia GF route you took at the beginning of that game all new content from v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for the Lisa GF routes and Olivia GF route ended in v.10.

I want to say, I haven't get rid of Eric with Kate mom option even Eric be in house. I can use hacker option only. I can give weed Kate only for spending night with her and Alice. With kicking Eric, I can't progress Mentor with Lisa.
All my quests are completed excepting New Job.
I have only once put lotion on Mom. After that can't enter her room.
Is the game broke for me?

By going the Olivia GF path you are at the end of the game for that path.
All new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for the Lisa GF routes only, Olivia GF path ended in v.10

Both path with Lisa are ok. But if you want the final sex scene with Ann at the end of the game you must pick option 1. "I think you should forget about him" This has Yoga and you need yoga. The jewel path with no Yoga "I think you should fight for him" is less stressful. Because you don't have to worrie about the twice a week yoga but comes with the price of that lost sex scene with Ann during Yoga.
