I'm on 200, and I have a lot of questions based on what I've read here so far. It seems that by choosing the path where Alex briefly starts dating Lisa after breaking up with Olivia (which then becomes a 3 some with Max/Olivia/Lisa where Lisa only have oral sex), I'm missing a lot on the GF route.

I've started doing Porn with Mom and Aunt, which is the Cunning path..

In Arachnofobia I'm stuck with a HJ from Alice. I have to repeat it more?

On private punishments, now I can fuck Alice (I think it should have escalated slower), but no BJ, anal or anything that I think I've read here. With Lisa, I can just spank her.

By going the Olivia GF path you are at the end of the game for that path.
All new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for the Lisa GF routes only, Olivia GF path ended in v.10

If you don't want Lisa content you get nothing else either. Everything in v11-13 happens on her route. So if you have Olivia GF you might as well give up and start over. And btw.. This is not a flash game Path choice looks like this..

I learned something about the Clinic and Alice.
I can fuck Ann in any room but i can't get the talk with Alice about spanking Ann.
So the trigger for bringing her to the clinic was the convo that starts spanking of Ann both in public and in the lounge.
This also blocked Alice from catshing Max and Ann when watshing porn so the 3 some in the lounge never happened before the talk after clinic. I don't think Alice even catsh you in the morning or bathroom either before the convo.

I could still do the full Sex-ed, New job and all sex with Ann before that talk tho. Save i provided last is the test run i used to find this info.

Both path with Lisa are ok. But if you want the final sex scene with Ann at the end of the game you must pick option 1. "I think you should forget about him" This has Yoga and you need yoga. The jewel path with no Yoga "I think you should fight for him" is less stressful. Because you don't have to worrie about the twice a week yoga but comes with the price of that lost sex scene with Ann during Yoga.

The old path will take you to the end of v10 but you will never have any sex with Lisa solo and this is pretty much a dead end. The new Olivia content is from Lisa path but on this you get no sex with Olivia at all. It's unfinished content. The rule here is basically play a Lisa path to get all game content. When your done play through again if you want just to see the old Olivia path.

You will get option to join them sooner but it takes till v11 before you can fuck Kate. Then in v12 you get even more options
