You must get other quest to a point that it will trigger and sometimes it can take more than 60 days to trigger, it just depends on how far you are in other quests.

You must be on the Lisa GF path only, the Olivia GF path ended in v.10 and all new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 are for Lisa GF path only, there is a new Olivia GF added to the Lisa GF routes and its at the end of v.13 and is not finish with very little content.

Nope, the Olivia GF route ended at v.10 and all new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only for the Lisa GF routes.

(Well you do get to grope her pussy but only until you talk to Kira about it.
Lisa gets very mad if you do.) (Almost to the end on Mentor quest.)
But I played it about 2 month ago and remember that there are was such option. In exchange for doing her homework. Was it removed from game?

You need to make mistakes and convince Lisa that the homework is done right. Let Lisa get punished and then offer to do her homework if she shows you boob...iirc...
need help:
