You must play and work on cunning plan, spiders and Alice's bolg until Lisa has the convo about peeping and soon afterwards she will peep at you and Alice having sex and this is the start of it.
in my case she has caught me and alice having sex but nothing has really happened after it. alice doesnt punishe max. im really at lost here. pls gimme a detailed help

Lisa's mood and Max authority over her must be maxed out for the convo to start.
The convo will only happen while she is reading either in the morning or the evening.

No its the contrary when I harshly reduced her relation and mood with me she stopped talking to me in the lounge but still doing the blog and threesome with me and kate.

Actually if you are looking to have a convo with alice then you are wrong u have to talk to lisa and then she will convince alice to go with you to the doc
what i did was set up alice on friday and then when she was goin to leave the club i punnished her. she complained about going with a red butt to the club and i could watch the movie and get caught
Playing on Lisa gf route and am trying to access v.12 and v.13 content that I don't think I have reached. Made 4 movies, doing spiders with alice and she will have sex, with lisa i can handcuff at night but i'm not sure how to start spanking or even get her to spy. Sorry for noob question. I'm new to this game. I look at some of the walkthrough but they all seem to follow a negative part. Is is possible to doing a "good guy" playthrough and still get to fuck the girls? If so should I war with Eric or side with him? All I do so far is improved relationship with the girls and making money while avoid all blackmail and peeping stuff.

You have to peep to build your skills up and the very minor blackmail on Alice when you catch her smoking is needed for the money you need to get in the beginning of the game.
DarkSilver did not give us any other way to build stats that are needed for the rest of the game other than that.
About day 80 - 100 you should no longer need to use peeping and the very minor blackmail on Alice for money.

I bought the website book but I don't know how to read it.
I also bought the sunscreen but when I ask Alice if I can apply some to her she asks me if I have any and I don't have a choice and have to say no.
It also says I don't have any items in my inventory.
Is there a delay since it is bought online or what am I doing wrong?

You have to wait one day for the delivery. Items bought online will be send to you at 3:00 PM the next day.
I found a fix for this specific bug, but it involves save file modification (using something like http www saveeditonline com, sorry can't post links yet). You need to set the variable moms to a value of 1 (should be zero). That enables you the enter the room at night in order to start this part. (You should probably also check that the momlust variable is > 47 (Important: momlust is a quest marker, not a lust count, so don't mess with it.)
