Do I keep visiting Kate and Alice until I can please her on the lounge at 22.00/23.00 ?

I just want to know if I'm just not there yet or if I'm in a dead end path ?

Once again trigger have been put in other quest for other quest and you must get other quest further along to trigger other quest.
Cunning plan quest has triggers in the Spider quest and Lisa's new sex ed and many more. This is just 1 example so just play the fucking game and it will take many many and even many more days to unlock.
If you did everything on time it would still take over 400 in game days to do every thing.
