You can only go more with them on Lisa's GF path so there is nothing more in the Olivia GF path.
There is a little bit more with them with spanking your sisters but I don't remember if you have done that or not.

You are forgetting to play the game because it takes other quest to unlock content in other quest and time, time and even more time.
Mood and Max authority must be maxed out to.

Spider quest gets you to fuck her and more plus you get the same with Kate and Alice.
Very late on the Lisa GF route will allow you to fuck mom and Alice at the same time, everything you could do on the Olivia path you can do on the Lisa path and much more.

I'm sorry to bother you, a1fox3, but I appear to be kinda stuck. Could you help me, please ?
I unlocked the two additionals BJ with Alice at 22.00/23.00 in the lounge, private spankings for Alice and Lisa with handcuff, and fucking Alice in front of Kate as a private punishment. Alice caught us watching the second movie on Friday at 21.00 and wants to join the family "business" (Thats for my progress, and I chose the GF Jewelery path with Lisa, and I have the v13 vanilla game).
But somehow, it's been 6 or 7 time that during the nights spent with Alice in the Spider quest, I can't go further than "cum in her palm". Will it unlock to more eventually, if I keep sleeping with her ?

You have to work on all open quest, where are you at in the Lisa GF path?
Where are you at in Alice's blog?

I finished the mentor opportunity. Lisa introduced me to Olivia, and I've met Vicky as well. So far, I've been to two dates at the cofee shop with Olivia.
Concerning Alice's blog, I can do shows with her at 20.00 or 21.00 (HJ, lick her or sex).

Once again trigger have been put in other quest for other quest and you must get other quest further along to trigger other quest.
Cunning plan quest has triggers in the Spider quest and Lisa's new sex ed and many more. This is just 1 example so just play the fucking game and it will take many many and even many more days to unlock.
If you did everything on time it would still take over 400 in game days to do every thing.
