If you want to see how Eric will mess up your girls, be friends with him. You can always wage war with him later on which also gives you the option of not eliminating him immediately (wallet route) to allow you to make Eric help you play some of your lust with mom and make him stop approaching your sisters anymore. You can take him out anytime then.

You got to play the game then and work on all open quests and some done quest also.
