As for the clinic you are done you just needed to take her once for the trigger to go off.
Well you need to wait for a new convo with Lisa and go with romance with her and it will trigger the "Hot Coffee" quest and later the new "Olivia" GF quest that does not have any content in it other that 6-8 visits with her.

Now for Alice's blog quest you should be at fucking her while doing the cam show.

As for the spider quest you need to do it until you get a convo with Lisa about peeping.

At around v.10 DS put triggers for quest in all other quests so you can not go all the way with just 1 quest at a time and must work on all open quest at the same time so the triggers will go off, you even need to work on closed quest to like the "Clinic" with Alice the first time unlocks other quest and later you need to go with Alice again for another trigger but I don't remember when it is needed but its after the "Clinic" quest is done.

You need to make sure Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over them is maxed out then go around and talk to mom, Alice and Kira and keep working on all and I repeat "ALL" open quest.

Go to post #2 and post #3 and read everything there and see if you missed any of the triggers.

Its not bugged but it will cost you a lot of money and you must get to the "tease" option many times before it will trigger.

I'm stuck with sleeping in mom's room.
