Lisa yoga path less eye candy at the beginning of the game and you get 1 more location for sex with mom very late in the game and you must do yoga with mom.
Lisa jewelry path no yoga and you get more eye candy at the beginning of the game, 1 less spot for sex with mom than yoga path very late in the game.
As for the 1 spot less sex only means just that, both paths get the same amount of sex with mom every day.
You can either have sex in the kitchen (Both paths) or on the yoga path you can do sex during yoga but if you do you do not get the kitchen sex.
You need to do kitchen sex to get to the very end of content in v.13
Hi I have just reached the start of training with Lisa and Kira and Kira has told them to practice hand jobs, I spoke to Lisa in the morning and agreed to do them with her homework but when we do the homework the option is not coming up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 things about this.
1. Both Max authority over Lisa and Lisa's mood must be maxed out for it to happen.
2. If both Max authority and Lisa's mood is maxed and still will not happen then you have the "Homework Bug".
If #2 is your problem please come back and let me know and I will help you get it fixed.

You only had to go till you take Alice 1 time and that is it.

You never get to watch Eric fuck the sisters even if he does you never get to see it.
You only get to see him fuck mom who is his GF and Kira when he blackmails her.

I understand it but this what I'm not understanding
(I don't think you must do it in this order but it may be wise to do Ann/mom's part firstthen Alice and then the spanking until I have time to test it out some more.)
Remember the main trigger for v.12 content is Max taking Alice to the clinic as his GF when Eve ask him to bring his GF.
DarkSilver just said that mom should go first then Alice then mom for the spanking.
Remember this must happen and before the spanking part.

Like I said you need to read the whole thing several time to understand what needs to be done.
Here it is in simple terms.
1. Take Alice with Max to the clinic 1 time and then you can stop going to the clinic.
2. Get mom to catch Alice spanking Max and Lisa 1 time then stop all anal with Lisa.
3. Let mom catch Alice and Max in the lounge until she sits down with them and have a talk.
4. Let Alice catch mom and Max in the lounge until she sits down with them and have the talk.
5. Start anal with Lisa again and let mom catch Alice spanking Lisa and Max several times while you are working on all open quest and some closed quest.
The main thing you are trying to do is the 2 sit down and chat then after it happens you need to get mom to catch Alice spanking Lisa and Max, it could be only 1 time but I did it several times till the game move on.
Sorry I have tried that, it doesn't seem to work on my saved version. See attached.

You must be using the version we have here at this site for the bug fix to work, I have fixed you game.
Renumber it to 1 more than the last save game in you folder.

looks like im struck somewhere .. btw i used mod
1. im stuck with lisa, i couldnt complete unless "classmate" opportunity. which still hasnt triggered. i can fuck olivia while lisa is watching.
2. with alice i m only getting slaps when im sleeping in her bed (spiders) , but im getting bj from her while watching tv and also getting sex from kate.
3. mom bdsm pron triggered (aunt said details but porn scene has activated yet) , im getting bj from her in bathroom, near tv, and in her room.
4. with aunt the same (bjs)
btw i eliminated eric using kates mom room .
