Almost all of mom's quest plus its will stop other quest from progression onward.
Where the other quest will stop I really don't know but triggers were put in all quest for all quest starting in v.10

You must get sensual massage and train on Alice till you get to about 100 points in game then get rid of Eric because Alice stops going to the pool as soon as Eric is gone and you lose the sensual massage training because she starts school.
Sensual massage is the main skill needed to advance mom's cunning plane quest.
Ahh! Got it, you were talking about sensual massage! I thought you were talking about Eric some how.

On Lisa gf path you get to fuck Alice and creampie her often.
I am not for sure if it can be done on the Olivia gf path but you lose all of mom and Lisa's sex is you go Olivia for just 2 nights a week.
In comments and breakthrough says Eric will have sex with Lisa and Alice. How it is shown or proved? There is any scene or dialog to prove it? I didn't see anything!

Its never really says so and no there is no scene's of it if it does happen.
Mom is very protected of Lisa virginity and will not allow Eric to touch her, they just show Lisa them doing sex if you allow Eric to take over her sex ed training.
While Lisa is in mom bedroom for sex ed training you do not get to peep at it.
Yes and I wanted to know if it is effect on future events or I lose something so there is just sensual message that is important and I must care. I can ride of Eric after that safely.

It depends on what you want to get out of it. Do you want NTR or no NTR.
You can be his friend to start out with and get some money from him and you will be able to peep at him having sex with mom and then you can go into the room and touch mom while she is blindfolded, NTR path. You will still need to get rid of him to advance mom's quest to have sex with her and other quest can not be completed while Eric is still around.
You must give him Lisa for sex ed training so you lose out of that until you take it back and go to war with him. Also NTR.
Now if you go to war with him right off the bat you can keep him away from both sisters and only allow him to have sex with his gf Ann/mom.

Sir, you've been great help for lately, I have few more questions to ask.
I'm on my 99th day of playthrough and I've never been punished by mom (god bless save/load).
I tried being punished and see that there is an option to ask mom punish Max privately. Though a pricey one. Am I missing something while evading punishment? And if yes, can I start being punished after I get rid of Eric?
Actually I've never get an opportunity to touch mom while she's blindfolded, I get it can be done only when Eric ist still here, in house? Cause it seems I've already seen all scenes with him - Alice with Eric on Wednesday, sex with mom, and morning shower. Is it ok to get rid of him now? I've read warnings about weed quest and sensual massage - i'm done with them.
