Just wait 1 full week and go talk to mom and the option should be there and as soon as you start then Kira will show up.

Yes you must be on Lisa GF path and be nearly at the end of the game then Alice will blackmail mom and Max for sex just like she does on Lisa and Max.

Its never really says so and no there is no scene's of it if it does happen.

Mom is very protected of Lisa virginity and will not allow Eric to touch her, they just show Lisa them doing sex if you allow Eric to take over her sex ed training.
While Lisa is in mom bedroom for sex ed training you do not get to peep at it.

It depends on what you want to get out of it. Do you want NTR or no NTR.

You can be his friend to start out with and get some money from him and you will be able to peep at him having sex with mom and then you can go into the room and touch mom while she is blindfolded, NTR path. You will still need to get rid of him to advance mom's quest to have sex with her and other quest can not be completed while Eric is still around.
You must give him Lisa for sex ed training so you lose out of that until you take it back and go to war with him. Also NTR.

Now if you go to war with him right off the bat you can keep him away from both sisters and only allow him to have sex with his gf Ann/mom.
