It could be because there are many triggers in the 1st 100 points in the stats that need to go off and if you maxed out the stats to early then you have broken your game and the triggers never went off.
oh! yeah then i shall start a new one and use cheats wisely .

How can I activate sceens with Liza and Olivia in pool and sceens with them in Max's room? I made all v13 plot (Max's sex with mom in different places, games with Alice in lounge and yoga sex also + got caught by Liza and Alice in kitchen).

You must restart and choose Olivia as your GF but all content ended in v.10 for the Olivia GF route.

2. Sometimes not having sex with mom on Friday helps.

You are rally done with what you can do with both mom and Lisa for all content ended in v .10 for the Olivia GF path.
As for Alice you must get to the "tease" option several times in a roll to unlock the next stage in "Blog" quest.
You may get a few more scenes with mom but you are very close to the end of what you can do.
Try and peep at mom and Kira at 3 am Thursday night/Friday morning at 3 am.
Is Eric gone?
If so you are fucked with this game and need to start again.
Never cheat any thing but stats after reaching 100 points in game and money.
Stats need to reach 100 points to trigger a bunch of triggers and if you cheat the points before 100 the triggers never go off.
Money should be cheated to the web site only until you are ready to go to war with Eric and kick his ass out.
Do not kick Eric out until you get "Sensual Massage" to 100% on Alice or you will screw up your game.

As for Alice's blog you may have locked yourself out of it but try this.
Get to the tease option where Alice stops the show and keep doing that until the game tells you to go see Alice.
If this does not work then you are locked out of it.
