Hi, so i'm reallllyyy close to finally have itwith Ann, i have the "New Job" opportunity with the following description : "Looks like aunt Kira's plan is working! The way mom was looking at me ... I think she's almost there!"
Well i try to massge constantly and go to her room at night to appear the "she's relaxing" thingy but noting :/.
What can I do?

Try her at 22:00 and/or 23:00 and see if you get something.

Tried it multiple times in her room at 22h and 23h, for many days straight, and nothing :/. Also, the other opportunities appear as finished but this one. Alice also caught Ann giving Max a BJ and told about punishing her, but nothing else happened after that ( could be relevant, idk XD)

Well as soon as i posted this, it finally appeared! Guess i just needed to wait like a week or something, thanks once again!

As for spanking Ann you must first set up Alice with cig's and when mom goes to spank Alice Max tells mom no and spanks mom instead.

Anybody know what to do next...or is it a bug...?

i think i done all the opportunities then i look at images there are some images not in game?... ,
i have alot of saves trying to get all events any routes...and ther are more of this not ingame..

Do i have to choose Lisa as my GF?

No you can not fuck Lisa or threesome with Alice if Olivia is you GF from the start of the game.
And with Olivia as your gf you are done with all content in the game because all content ended in v.10 for Olivia and all new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only for Lisa GF path's including threesome with Alice and fucking mom with a lot of sex with Lisa daily.

Lisa as you GF you get these sex options with her daily once there unlocked.
BJ = 14 weekly, 2 a day while she is showering, very late in the game you get a new one with mom watching.
1 HJ daily for 6 days a week during homework help.
Anal 9 times a week with 2 of them double with Kira and very late in the game you get 2 more with double with Alice for a total on 11 times a week.
That plus more for Lisa.
Being on Lisa GF path's you also will get sex with mom very late in the game in several places around the house including a double with Alice.

All of this plus more on Lisa GF path's v Olivia sex of 2 times a week.
