but Mom's mood doesn't seems to change though

No it just means if you get into trouble or take Lisa spanking for her you will get spanked, if mom is giving HJ already then it can end in HJ same with BJ.

what i mean was too increase her mood ..

Once you start paying 500 on Monday you don't want to go back that doing chores or it will tell mom Max is no longer an adult.
For mom to see Max as an adult you must be paying 500 every Monday and mom will see Max as an adult. Any other option other than that will show mom Max is still a kid and some HJ and BJ will not happen. (you can pay more, I pay 2000 each time it comes up and it last for 4 weeks.)
