The save you uploaded was just before you choose who Max's girlfriend will be, Olivia GF path ends in V.10 and both Lisa's has the most content and v.11, v.12 and v.13 are only for Lisa GF path's.

Oh sorry my mistake, I uploaded the wrong save, in my latest save I have chosen LISA GF path and have really completed every possible quest except "new job" .
1.There is where I am stuck and cannot apply the anesthetic cream...
2. How to spank Alice in front of Kate and the other way round? How to fuck Alice in front of Kate?

You can't spanked Alice after starting "Changing Role" quest and its done.
You need to finish up Olivia's quest by going over to her house 1-5 more times.
2 things I see you must do.
1. Stop paying for private spanking for Max.
This makes mom see Max as a child and not adult.2. Start paying 500 every monday morning as soon as you can "To Support the Family".
Doing this will show mom that Max is an adult but only once you get rid of the private spanking days.(You may get around it by starting to pay to "Support the Family" instead but I don't really know if you can.)

Just a few tips to greatly reduce your frustration about Eric:
1. Do not proceed with Alice's blog opportunity so he'll never visit her room hence zero influence.
2. Do not proceed with Lisa's sex ed until you get the compromising photo of Eric jerking off outside Alice's room. That way you can get Lisa back after he takes over the sex ed lessons. Another zero influence.
3. Enjoy after midnight BJs from Kira but NEVER let the pool HJs happen so Eric will never fuck her. Another zero influence.

No it does not so you will miss the sex with mom during yoga.
Remember on the yoga path you had to choose either sex in the kitchen or yoga so you really don't lose out of sex.

You must have Lisa as your GF and not Olivia.
Then just keep playing doing all open and some closed quest.
Talk to everyone everyday till the new convo comes up.
