You need to hit [ ` ] not [ ' ] the button, assuming you have a similar keyboard layout, is beside the [1] number key under [ esc ]. The button for me also doubles as the ~ key. I've been meaning to redo my layout again though so that button may get moved over to the top of what used to be the number pad.

So this update only has a few new scenes... I’m not complaining but it could be better. Thank you for this game though.

It's not random it's a series of events,first max have to pleasuring alice until she pleasure max back ,then continue doing will trigger mother catch them two or three times,then watch movies with mom and will get caught by alice twice ,then having lisa and max got punished by alice will get caught by mom twice ,(then you can get Kate punished now,just setup alice then alice will let you punish kate ,I'm not 100% sure about kate's punishment trigger but I can't make it trigger before this series of Alice's events in TV room,only after I complete it)
