Ok I usually don't post here but I'm getting frustrated. To the point where I'm just mashing through weeks at a time and not getting results. No cunning plan quest is now the longest running quest in the game and you will not be able to finish it until mom gets a new job and makes the 5th movie alone.
Upload your save game and I will take a look at it instead of asking many questions until I get the right answer.

I am not going to even attempt this one, you cheated from the start of the game and you may not even got Max spanked.
You must do chores and you must peep at all the girls at the start of the game and you must get Max spanked at least 4-6 times with the last one being when you first try to steal Eric's wallet.
At the beginning of the game you must ask mom for money and do chores for her which it does not even show you did that.
Olivia content ended in v.10 and for v.11 and v.12 is only for Lisa GF path and you will never be able to finish the game with the Olivia GF path.
You must not cheat stats until you get them over 100 points because there are trigger that need to go off and you bypass them when you cheat the skills.
After 100 points you can cheat all you want.
I just saw the comment from abive, i also cheat, i did more stuff like chores,spanking and peeping pretty often, but i did level up all the stats like persuation from the beginning, so that mgiht have meesed up the file then.

You may be ok since you did the chores but you have to do all on line course which you did not do and is the reason why mom is still working.
Do the courses and keep putting spiders in Alice's room and keep working on Lisa mentor quest.
Do not cheat until you get the first 100 points in game then you can cheat that stat up. Triggers are attached to the points of some of the stats and go off in the first 100 points.
Okey, ill give a try for now,thanks. Just one last thing, int he worst case that i have messed up my file and i have to re-beging everything, does money cheats or get rid of eric cheats messes with the game? I just dont want to pass trough his story again.

If you can cheat money into the web site at the start of the game is best to do it that way and after you get accuse of stealing the wallet then you can cheat all the money you want.
You must have 500 in Max's pocket to trigger them accusing Max a taking the wallet so just keep less that 450 until your ready.
Never use the cheat to get rid of Eric it dose not set all the flags that are needed.
Never cheat stats until you reach 100 points for there are triggers that need to go off.
Wait till you get all relationship points in game before you cheat it up for triggers need to go off and you could miss them.
Lisa = Friends.
Mom = Friends.
Alice = Flirting.
All other girls it don't matter what they are for it is not used in the game.
