You are doing the Olivia GF path and that ended in v.10 all new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 are for the Lisa GF path's only.

If you want the new content then you need to start a new game and choose one of the 2 Lisa GF path and I at this time recommend the yoga path if your into MILF and if not then the jewelery path.

It has be different for different players, for me it took 3 weeks but other have had it 2 and still others have had it in 6.
First you need to finish up v.12 before v.13 will unlock.
