You have to just play the game working on all open quest and it will happen with Lisa first, she will talk about it but its after the changing role quest where Alice blackmails Lisa and Max for sex.

got the same problem with the Kira and Lisa thing, have you already been able to have anal with Lisa while she does the dishes after dinner? if not you have to keep doing the lessons for a while until you can talk to Kira about wanting more

Update: I figured out how to go further with Kira's lessons, so Eric has to be gone, you talk to mom and eventually get a "I know what I want" option in there there is an option to take over punishments do that to Lisa and Alice and check up on the I know what i want option
