You need to keep inviting Kira for sex with Lisa and you need to keep putting spiders in Alice's bed.
It seems to me you may have locked yourself out of the rest of the content because the spider quest was a very early game quest and its still open.

Slap means you use your hand and slap someones face.
Spanking means you slap there ass over Max's knee.
The peek scene will come after you get anal with Lisa and Kira so you need to keep inviting Kira at night 2 times a week until you unlock it then later after several more weeks you can ask Kira for something more.
Lisa will never go into Alice's room when Kate is there.
Lisa will only show up for the blog after you have the talk with her about peeping.

Yes you have to work off all the private spanking on Max first because having them show Ann/mom that Max is still a child.
To see Max as and adult you must pay 500 every Monday morning to support the family instead of private spankings.
You also must keep Lisa's and Alice's mood and Max authority over them maxed out at all times.
