This game is the sequel of their first ever harem game, Kimonen Demo. Before that they did NTR, netori were you play a disgustingly ugly fat otakus and gangbang themed games but after the first Kimonen demo they started their upward spiral into the Miel we know (And I love).
The piss and piercings didnt start until in like 2014 and didnt go full force later.
