Do the action while working that has you fucking over the customer (it's "Stand behind the cashier" and then "flirt (trying to fuck)"). That tries to cheat the customers. Do that a lot. Eventually you will get called into the boss' office and he will say something about having to talk to your mom about you stealing from people. Select whatever the option is that is like "we can work out something else". This will have you strip for him. Just keep going to his office while at work and it will advance from there.
I didn't succeed in going further with stepfather. I can go to the beach staying topless. I take breakfast eating bananas but nothing more happens. I go to the bath at 19h... I forgot something ?
I think I made one try before going to the beach but it was maybe for swimsuit... Did I forget something ?

After getting the swimsuit from the stepfather, keep teasing him with panties until you're able to go in mom and room and try on some underwear for him at 20:00. After that week has passed by, discuss it with him. Then everything should advance in the sauna with him
