So I finally got the brother scenes. I wasted hours on that vacation event chain getting nowhere before saying 'fuck it', going to the debug menu, the one that is in russian and turning all things from 0 to 1. It lets you view all repeatable brother scenes (river, home, brother home)
After over 400hours in this game for years , I can say this is one of the best games on this site ever made (Son of a bitch share first place ) and I wanna ask for some old 240p scenes to replace with new . If you just replace all videos from first 10-14 patches (like Fool in wood, Gym trainer , Brother , grandpa ... ) , those games will be popular even more for new players and us who played them over years . Please make that ,,NEW" Big Kuyash 2 or new videos with better graphic ...

and use cheat for changing time , fast teleport and reset day/week for repeating same scene few times (like mom in sauna , watching dvd etc) , I have few saves but its completed with almost all chars . If you need any help , ask After 5 trips with Tamara, I tried to hang out with brother but found nothing.Its ok
Time rewind cheats are dangerous - since they already broke the quest in the bathhouse with stepfather.

Cheat can break game but use it only for time , reset , money if u want and fast travel . And for brother , tell me what was your last action . First you need to make sure that Tamara's husband left her , after few weeks she will have sex with brother , after that you need to to talk with brother (his apartment 20h monday-friday or 9 hall weekend) and Tamara (after 10h job) , use cheat to be horny when you are home (12-13 weekend) and masturbate . I don't remember it what to do it first cuz I use cheat and playing it fast so just try what I said
