This game does have some breast expansion scenes in it, besides the existing mental aspects. If you put a bimbo pill in Claudia's nuts as her 1st or 2nd transformation, she'll get "revenge" on the player by giving them some sort of BE liquid while they sleep, and you'll wake up with 1 cup-size bigger boobs. Don't think there are any other similar interactions with her or other characters based on growth stages, but I haven't checked exhaustively.
