selecting "mostly males" should do for now.
I'll fix it eventually.

So uhm, whats the current state of the pregancy system? I see you can get pregnant as a female. Can you impregnate other NPC as male PC? Can NPCs as well as female PC give birth? And if so, is there a way to accelerate time or something for the pregnancy to progress faster?

yes you can inpregnate npc's.
there's no way to speed it up, it takes a few minutes to full size.
Once at full size the npc's will walk by themselves to the clinic to abort it.
if you wanna keep them always pregnant for pregnancy fetish, I can add some feature in the future for that.
Perhaps a "forever pregnant potion".
I've noted this down for future content :3

i just tried the game,i love it.
some questions.
-is the slums sex spots and prostitution spots buged? no one approach when I use it. and always the male npc are more focusing on rape others npc than focus the player. too in many ocations when use sexspots at slums, the sex animation become bad aling and i cant cancel the animation, only close the game.
- even if i have the npc distribution on mostly males. at slums are a lot of female npc walking around.
-i notice too some trader npc when you offer sex, they say to watch then after work. but they are always working XD.
-other side, is posible on sex animation (when player offer himself on prostitution or rape) let choose if player or npc can keep the clothes¿? (i see if is free sex with npc, the option of clothes is avalaible, but affect both (you know for the cases female have sexy clothes keep this)

So I completed Hadley's mission, and then she said I "disabled that stuff in the settings", and looking at this thread, there was apparently supposed to be scat content in the game, but the option to enable/disable it is straight up not present for me? I assume that this is part of what the uncensor patch is for, but even though the "Mods" button isn't appearing in the menu, supposedly meaning it's working properly, it's just not?

for scat content to appear, u need to enable both "free world" and "extra dirty" mods.
"extra dirty"comes disabled by default.
But for hadley's missions, today I've heard 2 other people saying it doesn't work too, it's a bug.
I'll fix it for a bug-fixing build in some days.

Tho personally, it would probably need some more in depth features to REALLY itch my preg fetish. Like, the npc's also giving birth (maybe ask you for money or stuff since birthing as female PC also costs money...). Good progress, but I see some issues are STIL present:
- arousal upgrade increases your lust gain, instead of partners? Shouldn't it be reverse?
-In fact, the whole sex skills tree could use a re-work. Perhpas individual skill upgrades (oral, vaginal, penetration, etc..), fertility/verility
- player fertiltiy being 100% is not great at all.
- option when talking to a girl the player impregnated - give her 500bn and send her to the hospital to get their baby in the tank
- proper lesbian animations - 69, scissoring.
- penis model (on futas) isn't that good. It doesn't fully connenct in many poses, especially if you make the character smaller. Furthermore, since you're using IK on the tip of the penis with a vagina target, it tends to stretch the penis A LOT. Even worse with smaller character.
Possible solution - reduce weight. Set it lower in the animation at point the vagina is furtherest away. Another fix is to adjust the root position (can be done programatically, based on character height) of the smaller character up/down a little during specific animations. For example, the coch handjob, a small character phases partway into the couch, so move it up a little.

Great game but the cum effects could do with work, the squirting is just white lines, maybe a thicker more fluid effect would be look better, there is also no pussy creampie effect for the female npc after the male cums, an effect like the females dripping cum for a while after being sexed while laying down or standing up or walking would be great.needs a after pullout effect to show the cum on the female or dripping out the female.
