Tho personally, it would probably need some more in depth features to REALLY itch my preg fetish. More commnets/suggestions:
- NPC pregnancy is way too fast. And bellies can get too big.
- pills that you can use or give to NPCs (place in their inventory, it's auto-used) - penis growth/reduction/removal, scrotum growth/removal, hight changer, verility/fertiltiy engancer/reducer, etc.. Add a merchat that sells them
- mora stats for NPCs. Mother/father (unknown for inital/generic NPCs), virility, split sex acts by categories
- some randomness to fertility like in RL. Can be affected permanently or temporarily with pills.
- normalize money earned. Even with prostitution upgrades, you sometimes only get 2-3 $. There should be a minimum of 10-20. Minimum should increase with upgrades.
- NPCs should have and often use (or demand you use it during sex) condoms. There's far too much pregnancy for a post-apocalyptic scarcity setting.
- It should take significanly longer for an orgasm, there's far too much of that. An NPC coming 1-2 times should be enough for them.
- cum storage (current/max/refill) as a stat? This would allow for "dry" orgasms and would affect impregnation.

You could just make it so the player buys a license to be a prostitute or something, skip the entire thing.
I launched cheat engine through your cheat table cause I don't know how to actually get it to work properly and it seems like none of the stuff is actually working when I click on them. I see the red X but nothing is working, except for the infinite money. Nothing else is working. Even when I select the process through cheat engine before loading your cheat table, the only thing that works is the infinite money, invincibility and ammo. The levels and having to poop and all that doesn't change

is there any other way currently available to get rid of pregnancy without having futa sex?
And if developer read this, are there any hope for pregnancy toggle on/off in settings?
