A few observations:

1. Judging by the titles, you can make the werewolves not hostile (the conditions are unknown to me).
2. The rabbit can lead the werewolf away at the cost of losing health.
3. If you donate enough money to the priest, he will give a book on white magic (the minimum amount is not known - I entered all 9).
4. For the appearance of the book of mysticism when creating a character you need the following characteristics: WP: 110, INT: 4, RES: 3.
5. If you seduce the queen of the succubus, she will give an interesting ring.
6. To obtain various seeds you need to gather forest plants

Joker card is the luck equivalent of the sword or book during character creation if anybody was wondering, its right side of the bookcase.

Try to save-load before talking to a merchant at the top of the village.
Her goods are determined by the first special conversation every day.
But I'm not sure she has white feathers.

Has anyone encountered a "joker card" when creating a character or other secrets?

It's on the right side of the bookcase. Gives you +1 Luck for 4 memory points.

Top left in the mine there is a cracked wall. If you use it you can break it down if you have enough picks. After you break it a room with quartz and iron appears. I found two other places in the mine that can be broken in a similar fashion. They have the copper inside.

It was a character generation room. As far as I know, there is no way to get there after leaving there.
Just start a new game.

The sword in character creation is just a strength increase. If you are after a weapon go to the mines, in the room with the overseer go up the grey stairs.
Here you have the smelter at the top left that can turn iron ore into iron ingots and copper ore into copper ingots 2 ore -> 1 ingot

To the bottom right is an anvil where you can do smithing.
Wooden club costs 2 wood
Iron mace costs 6 iron ingots and a rod which costs an additional 2 iron ingots
Iron shiv costs 2 iron ingots
Iron dagger costs 3 iron ingots and 1 leather
Iron shortsword costs 4 iron ingots and 1 leather
Iron sword costs 6 iron ingots and 2 leather

The mace (10% stun chance) is easy to get as a starter weapon as it only requires metal mining for 16 iron ore.

An alternative to getting materials is to farm rat tails and spiderwebs in the mines and hand them in to the overseer, the packs you get as a reward give random crafting materials.
