I last checked on his twitter like 3 months ago and got depressed about him and that "OTHER" NTR RPG guy still being missing, they both literally disappeared at the same time and month away from each other

Its not. He literally said black rune is still his biggest project. So he needs time to honing his skill. In latest post he said the production of his doujin almost done and he will continue making those games after that.

I mean you technically need pretty much no money if you do all the work yourself, unless you buy assets it is just manpower that you are paying. Pretty sure he does everything solo. But he obviously still needs living expenses, rent and all of that is hard if you're spending your time on something that doesn't pay off until it is complete (since he refuses to do patreon / ci-en subscriptions)

He makes the game assets himself but sound effects and character voice. Back then he used voice actor for his sample videos.
