the old art looked more like what you'd expect in a JRPG, the newer artstyle feels more manga style. It's still nice but I do prefer the older style

basically he showed up, did daily updates on his twitter and like monthly updates on his ci-en showing really good shit and big promises, then went radio silent. He hasn't actually released anything other than one manga recently which was so-so
I think just going back through the stuff posted in the 27 pages of this thread is more than enough for this dev to earn our appreciation and respect.
- Custom handmade good looking anime artstyle.
- Custom made great looking pixel sprites and pixel animations and maps for the game.
- A seemingly well thought world and story with plenty of characters.
- Great visual effects for the RPGM engine: I remember seeing some great parallaxing and effect animations a while back.
- Custom menus and text displays that are not the default RPGM ones.
- A seemingly well designed gameplay with plenty of refreshing elements. I remember some minigames and custom combat stuff.
I for one would claim that this dev put more effort into this unreleased game than other devs put in their entire release.
It is a shame that the same perfectionism and high expectations seemed to burn him out and made him go missing for a bit but he still deserves every bit of respect he is getting even if this game would end up dead.

Yes he created his own game assets himself showing how dedicated he is. More reason to support the man.
Idk about his rogue-style and silhouette game but the wife affair and the childhood friend ones looking to be focused on one guy. The wife affair netori guy will be the chairman and the childhood friend will have the thug looking guy. Thats afaik. As for silhouette game.. i remember i saw a blonde man with dark brown skin in one of the game assets. Maybe he is the netori guy or there is more.
For Black Rune, dev stated there are some options for netori guy but when you start entering phase 2 with certain guy, that guy will be your endgame route. I do remember he says something about paying the debt with money collected from "normal" jobs will end to vanilla/virgin route. Tho it was 3 years ago, idk if he'll change this or not.
