I think i know where Lily is going to work as if he release Blacksmith 4. She only eat fisch if you are on a date with her so i think she is going to work as a Fischer but i can have wrong with it too.

my hypothesis, each part is a different blacksmith but they work in the same place, part one ends with the blacksmith and emily getting married and they open a grocery store, part 2 ends with maya marrying the 2nd blacksmith and quit her job as a prostitute and she works as a waiter.

you should have a .sav file in your folder. Open it with a text editor, find the values you want to change, save it (backup the save just in case)
I found the game too tedious and deleted it lol. Patience is not my strongest suit.
