Some things are better be told by the author himself and in time, since finding the Phantom Rabbit Hole may negatively affect your experience, just trust me on that.

Ahh fuck this. I messed up my first playthrough. I'll just start again tomorrow and follow the walkthrough. Someone please tell me that the walkthrough linked in the OP is good.

You cant "mess up" & you dont need to restart your save file. Once you reach any ending/10 white flames to access the boss door inside the library. After that you can loop into NG+ by touching the crystal. Plus you get to keep all your items. In the first blind run there are always things that go wrong or NPCs die.

How do you differentiate between the old and new versions? The game has been updated 4 different times. Can someone upload the latest version with all three DLC included? I did find these (RE237469) (RJ280293) listed after the games title on DLsite. I am unaware if they are somehow indicators of the games version. The thread lists v1.13, where didi the number come from?

The download in the OP is the latest version sans the changed bgm due to copyright issues.
Those letter numbers combinations is the so called "work ID" or "product ID" which is used to identify what product you are buying (lol) and you can see it in the url of the product. You can even copy and replace to be taken to the page for that product, assuming the rest of the url is correct (same store section). The difference means that each one is a different product you'd have to buy separately which is common for translated works. It does not denote a difference application version number (unless for some reason they decided to sell the new version as a separate product for some reason). DLsite phased out RE so now it's all just RJ or VJ. That first one was the code for the english version but now it redirects to the japanese version (same number but with RJ). That second code is the chinese version. The english version's code is now RJ293183

Do your buffs affect the Self Mutilate's damage? Because I sometimes die to it even at full hp and it also seems to ignore requiem.
Yep. It does about half the damage of a regular attack to yourself. It shouldn't ignore requiem but it could be that you end up with 0 hp and then requiem fades after you turn ends so you die.
Depends. Did you get all her covenant scenes? Did you imprison her? If you imprison her before you do all the covenant stuff then that means you cant get these anymore in this NG cycle.

victoria can't be locked up in black soul 2, and the scene I'm missing, well in that scene victoria breaks the protagonist's wrists in the middle of the sex act and starts to kill him slowly, I still don't know how to unlock that scene

You have try to either rape or kill her when you meet her, and then lose. Use multiple rings of fragility to facilitate dying to her.
Now everything comes together this wasnt the BS1 thread. I was already confused why you had trouble with Victoria as she is pretty straightforwards regarding her scenes.
