The source for that was likely 8muses. I downloaded those from there and they still didn't show up. They can be viewed as thumbnails but when opened, they say "unsupported file format."

Same thing for me except windows photo viewer says that it "could be damaged, corrupted or too large".

You can use IrfanView to view webp, like you would with photos viewer from windows and even convert them to another format.
