This isn't anything new. He's taken longer hiatus's and only come back with barely the bare minimum, then taken some more time off and come back with 2 or 3 sets back to back, which are also bare minimum copy/paste.
The dude just doesn't have a schedule and operates with a "If I feel like" attitude.

You could easily photoshop 10 other goblins into the background in 20 mins. Even without them doing anything it would still make that Skyla set 10 times more interesting than it actually is.
Not his best set, I agree. Can hardly blame the man for running out of ideas some, what, ten years into this?
