WTF? Miriam gone? I really doubt her being unpopular so I also doubt that is the real reason. As an artist myself I try to stay away from drama to avoid beefs but as someone that has been supporting his works for a while this finally annoyed me enough that I have to say something. Him being so disconnected from the community I always imagined BA being... a difficult person... but from what I'm reading here it seems worse than I thought. I wish I had as much feedback and fans commenting my works as he does so I don't have to be throwing as much stuff to the wall to see what sticks, while he's just there taking a piss over all of it being salty and whatnot. Like, I'm not exactly a social person, I don't even have a personal non-porn artist twitter account and I often feel the need to kinda disappear to "recharge", but I still try my best to be around in the 3dx community overall.
I do like Tia and Megan quite a bit, the newer ones are also nice, but honestly, I was already kinda annoyed about him also being weird about his futa content so I don't think I'll keep supporting BA works unless he brings back Miriam
(Meanwhile he keeps that fucking Gosha in roster, no idea if people actually like him but I really, really don't)

The real fact is that the models are super old since he started and the current software updates are hard to fit in with them. Personal opinion. His oldest models are more than 14-15 years old and he's still trying to work with them so errors are obvious.
